#MEMBER% LOSTWEIGH-INS

Only percentages are shown. Body weights stay private.

HOW IT WORKS

  1. No sign-up needed: you're entered automatically when you log a weigh-in on the Progress page. Your first weigh-in must be by the end of week 1 (). Members using the Gain weight goal aren't entered.
  2. Your starting weight is your first weigh-in logged on the Progress page during the season (week 1).
  3. Your current weight is your most recent weigh-in during the season.
  4. % lost = (starting weight − current weight) ÷ starting weight × 100, rounded to one decimal.
  5. Log at least one weigh-in every week (Monday–Sunday) to stay eligible. Members who miss a week are listed below eligible members.
  6. If you weigh more than you started, you show 0.0%. There are no negative scores.
  7. Ties go to the member whose latest weigh-in came first.
EXAMPLE
Sam starts at 200 lb and ends at 188 lb: 12 ÷ 200 = 6.0% lost. Jordan starts at 150 lb and ends at 141 lb: 9 ÷ 150 = 6.0% lost. Same score, so it's fair at any size. If Jordan's last weigh-in was earlier, Jordan wins the tie.

#MEMBERPOINTSACTIVE DAYS

HOW IT WORKS

  1. No sign-up needed: log any activity on the Progress page to enter. Your first entry must be by the end of week 1 (). Activity logged from the first day of the season counts.
  2. Log activity on the Progress page. Points are counted per day using the table below.
  3. Log miles walked/run or steps (2,500 steps = 1 mile). If you log both, we score whichever earns more.
  4. Each activity has a daily cap, and you can earn at most 20 points per day.
  5. An active day is any day you earn at least 1 point.
  6. Most points at the end of the season wins. Ties go to the member with more active days.
ACTIVITYPOINTSDAILY MAX
Walking / running or steps1 per mile (2,500 steps = 1 mile; whichever is more counts)8
Cycling1 per 3 miles8
Weight lifting1 per set8
Yoga1 per 15 minutes4
Push-ups + squats1 per 50 reps4
Golf1 per 9 holes4
Total per day20

Partial units round down (2.7 miles = 2 points). Steps and miles walked/run share one line, so a walk is never counted twice.

EXAMPLE
On Tuesday, Alex logs 3.5 miles walked and 9,000 steps. 9,000 ÷ 2,500 = 3.6 miles, which beats 3.5, so walking scores 3 (not both). Add 5 sets of bench press (5): 8 points. On Saturday, Alex rides 30 miles: 30 ÷ 3 = 10, capped at 8 points. Week total so far: 16 points over 2 active days.

#MEMBERPOINTSLOGGED DAYS

Only points are shown. What you eat stays private.

HOW IT WORKS

  1. No sign-up needed: log calories, carbs, added sugars, protein or fiber on the Progress page to enter. Your first entry must be by the end of week 1 (). Days logged from the first day of the season count.
  2. Log calories, carbohydrates, added sugars, protein and fiber in your Progress check-in. If you check in more than once a day, that day's entries are added together.
  3. Points are counted per day using the table below. A target only scores if that field was logged, so a blank never counts as zero.
  4. Each line has a daily cap, and you can earn at most 25 points per day.
  5. A logged day is any day you earn at least 1 point.
  6. Most points at the end of the season wins. Ties go to the member with more logged days, then the longest streak of consecutive logged days.

Log your weight on the Progress page to earn protein points. Your protein target uses your latest weight on or before that day (or your first weight if you logged it later); weights are never shown.

Targets follow general adult guidelines (American Heart Association). They're not medical advice.

EXAMPLE
Jamie's latest logged weight is 200 lb, so Jamie's protein target is 0.36 × 200 = 72 g. On Monday, Jamie logs all five fields: 1,450 calories, 70 g carbs, 20 g added sugars, 110 g protein (110 ÷ 72 = 153% of target) and 30 g fiber: 5 (logging) + 3 (calories) + 3 (carbs) + 4 (added sugars) + 4 (protein) + 4 (fiber) = 23 points. On Tuesday, Jamie logs only calories (2,400) and added sugars (50 g): 2 (logging) + 1 (calories) + 1 (added sugars) = 4 points; carbs, protein and fiber weren't logged, so they score nothing. Two logged days, 27 points.
